Ticketing*2

Ticketing must be completed within 3 days after bookings are made.
Reservations made within 7 days of departure must be ticketed within 24 hours.
When reservations are made on Air New Zealand websites, ticketing must be completed immediately after reservations are made.

Children

Economy:
When accompanied by an adult, charges

  • Child (2 - 11 years old): charge 75% of the fare
  • UMNR (5 - 11 years old): charge 100% of the fare
  • Infants (under 2 years old) with a seat: charges 75% of the fare
  • Infants (under 2 years old) without a seat: charges 10% of the fare
  • If an infant turns 2 years of age at any point of the ticketed journey the infant must occupy a seat and purchase a child airfare where child fares are offered or an adult fare where child discount are not offered

Stopovers

  • Two stopovers permitted on the pricing unit - one in each direction in Auckland with free of charge. Further stopovers permitted with JPY¥5,000/per stop at any point in New Zealand where routing permits.
  • One stopover permitted in each direction in Tokyo/Osaka with free of charge. Stopover in Tokyo/Osaka is not allowed if Japan domestic is booked by NZ flight number.
  • One stopover permitted in each direction in Hong Kong at JPY¥10,000 each, except for AP fares

Transfers

Permitted any times in New Zealand and Japan.
