Types of Transportation	Round Trip / Circle Trip / Open Jaw Online multi-stop bookings are currently unavailable. For circle-trip or open-jaw journey bookings, please phone our Contact Centre.
Reservations	No advance purchase time limit. ^*1 Reservations are required for all sectors. Open date segments are not permitted.
Ticketing	For travel commencing after 1st, Oct, 2011 Ticketing must be completed within 7 days after bookings are made or at least 3 days before departure whichever is earlier. Reservations made within 3 days of departure must be ticketed immediately For travel commencing before 30th, Sep, 2011 Ticketing must be completed within 7days after reservations are made（For Business class, if the reservations are made before 8days of departure, ticketing must be completed 7days before departure, otherwise ticketing must be made within 24hours after reservations are made.）

Maximum Stay	12 months
Stopovers	Permitted any times in New Zealand at a charge of ¥10,000 per stopover. Children discounts apply. (Children: ¥7,500 / Infants: ¥1,000)
Transfers	Premitted any times in New Zealand and Japan
Combinations	Permitted within flexi fare
Changes	No change permitted before travel commences. After travel has commenced, changes are permitted with a Contact Centre or Holidays Store service fee.
Cancellations ^*2	If cancelled before travel commences, tickets will be refunded less ¥10,000 cancellation penalty per person; if cancelled after travel has commenced or in the event of no-show, no refund
Children	When accompanied by an adult, charges 75% for children (2 - 11 years old) or 10% for infants (under 2 years old) without a seat or 75% for infants (under 2 years old) with a seat. For unaccompanied children (8 - 11 years old), charges100% of the fare. For Business class, there is no discount for children and infants.
Frequent Flyer Points	Flexi Fares earn Airpoints Dollars™ or frequent flyer points by partner airlines Rules about the programme differ depending on the airlines. Please ask directly about the details to the airline before you purchase a ticket
