We have a modern fleet of 737-300s, A320s, 767-300s, 777-200s and 747-400s offering internationally a combination of narrow and wide body capacity. In New Zealand our domestic fleet moves smaller consignments to 18 destinations.
Auckland, New Zealand is our prime hub of operations, with most services either originating from or transiting this base. Los Angeles is our North American hub for cargo capacity on passenger services. We have dedicated cargo terminals in the main New Zealand destinations of Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. At other airports we have experienced Air New Zealand Cargo staff supporting our global network.

Utilising our passenger schedule we can carry almost anything from high technology and time-sensitive goods to fresh produce and general cargo. This cargo includes live animals, dangerous goods and foodstuffs. Chiller and freezer space is available at most locations with procedures in place to ensure reliability and temperature control. Our pressurised cargo holds also have temperature controls to accommodate perishable shipments such as fresh food and medical products.

Air New Zealand Cargo is also committed to delivering advanced systems and support. Information technology is a key element in this delivery. Through the internet we can provide you with online consignment tracking and schedule information. We also have online the facility for forwarders to submit FWB and FHL messages to our operating system.
