Terms and Conditions
- These fares apply for Pacific premium economy class service
- Ticketing must be completed within 7days after reservations are made or at least 7days before departure whichever is earlier
- Unlimited stopovers permitted in New Zealand at JPY10,000 each. Child/Infant discounts apply
- Tickets are not transferable to another person
- No change permitted before travel commences. After travel has commenced, 1 change permitted with JPY ¥10,000 and a Contact Centre or Holidays Store service fee of NZD $50 per person.
- If cancelled before travel commences, tickets will be refunded less JPY ¥20,000 cancellation penalty per person (child/infant discount apply); if cancelled after travel has commenced or in the event of no-show, no refund
- Kiwi Magic Premium 7 fares earn Airpoints Dollars™
- The fare level for children (2 - 11 years) is 75% of the applicable adult fare if accompanied by an adult
- One infant (0 - 23 months) not requiring a seat may travel with each adult at 10% of the applicable adult fare, with subsequent infants travelling at the child fare level
- No minimum stay, 3 months maximum stay
