Choose Pacific Premium Economy and enjoy the convenience of premium check-in before you stretch out in an exclusive cabin, enjoying additional recline, legroom, and service benefits. On our 777 aircraft Pacific Premium Economy cabin is located between Business Premier and Pacific Economy. On our 747 aircraft Pacific Premium Economy cabins are located on both the upper and main decks.

All Air New Zealand services between Auckland and our destinations of Hong Kong (and onwards to London), Shanghai, Beijing and Tokyo are operated by a fleet of 777 aircraft. Air New Zealand services to our destinations of Los Angeles (and onwards to London), San Francisco and Vancouver are operated by a mix of 777 and 747 aircraft.

We offer a range of premium services in a uniquely Kiwi style to enhance your travel experience. The Pacific Premium Economy cabin offers one of the largest seat pitches in its class and Business Premier menus accompanied by a range of award-winning New Zealand wines. With these premium features you can stretch out, relax, and enjoy a taste of unparalleled luxury onboard. Pacific Premium Economy passengers are also able to enjoy the onboard self-service refreshment bar for drinks and snacks.

Seat Enjoy more legroom with the largest seat pitch in its class (41" on 777 aircraft and 38 to 40" on 747 aircraft) and relax with 50% more recline than Pacific Economy. And while you're there:

In addition, on long-haul flights you will enjoy Pacifica Skincare lip balm and a luggage sachet in your amenity pack, which also includes socks, eyeshades, earplugs and a toothbrush. Slippers are also provided on flights to and from China and Japan.
