Reservations No advance purchase time limit.*1
Reservations are required for all sectors.
Open date segments and waitlist are not permitted.
Ticketing Ticketing must be completed within 3 days after bookings are made.
Reservations made within 7 days of departure must be ticketed immediately
Minimum Stay Nil
Maximum Stay 1 month
Stopovers Permitted any times in New Zealand at a charge of ¥10,000 per stopover.
Children discounts apply. (Children: ¥7,500 / Infants: ¥1,000)
Transfers Premitted any times in New Zealand and Japan
Combinations Not permitted
Changes No change permitted
Cancellations *2 If cancelled before travel commences, tickets will be refunded less 50% cancellation penalty per person; if cancelled after travel has commenced or in the event of no-show, no refund
Children When accompanied by an adult, charges
  • 75% for children (2 - 11 years old) or
  • 10% for infants (under 2 years old) without a seat or
  • 75% for infants (under 2 years old) with a seat.
For unaccompanied children (8 - 11 years old), charges100% of the fare.
Frequent Flyer Points Smart Saver Fares earn Airpoints Dollars™. No Star Alliance or other airlines' mileage accrual
