Eligibility

Available to non residents of New Zealand, Australia, and South West Pacific Countries. Must be sold in conjunction with a Star Alliance international ticket to the country from which the pass commence

Flight Application

Valid on Air New Zealand operated aircraft only. Not allowed on NZ4000-4099, NZ4200-4249 and NZ 4950-4999. Valid for selected journeys within New Zealand, between New Zealand and Australia and the Pacific Islands.

Children's levels (2-11 years) are 75% of the adult fares, infants (under 2) pay 10% of the adult fare.

Stopovers

A minimum of 2 stopovers is required. Stopover is limited to 1 in each city.

Transfers

Changing flights at a transfer/connecting point requires an additional coupon.

Booking

First segment must be confirmed latest at ticketing.

Booking class

T or H *H class is to be booked When T class is fully booked. Standby for T class is not permitted.

Ticketing

Must be sold in conjunction with a Star Alliance international ticket. Combination of H class and T class sectors within a South Pacific Airpass itinerary is permitted. Only one pass permitted per passenger.(Max. 10 sectors)

Changes

Changes permitted without penalty provided routing unchanged. Change of routing requiring reissue of ticket permitted at a fee of 50.00USD per reissue.

Cancellation

Charge of 75.00USD before departure. After departure the refund will be the difference between the fare paid and the applicable normal fare for transportation used.
