How to book

Make your reservation online at or telephone toll-free (within New Zealand) 0800 444 422. When booking online, please enter your Airpoints™ number in the comments box. For phone bookings, remember to provide your membership number. You will need to present your membership card at check-in and check-out.

*Members resident in Australia, please note that these earning rates are in New Zealand Airpoints Dollars™, which will be converted to Australian Airpoints Dollars before being credited to your account. Eligible rates for Airpoints dollars earn only applies to "Flexible" rates booked on The member must provide their Airpoints card or quote their membership number to above listed hotels at the time of check-out to receive Airpoints Dollars earn.

**You will earn 20 Airpoints Dollars total per stay. You will earn 1 Airpoint Dollar for each NZD $15.00 spent during your stay. Based on a one night minimum stay.

You cannot earn both Le Club AccorHotels points and Airpoints Dollars.

Please allow up to 60 days for your Airpoints Dollars to appear in your account. Retain your original receipt or invoice in order to claim any missing Airpoints Dollars. Claims may be made through your Air New Zealand online account, by logging into your account and selecting the My Bookings tab, then the Claim missing Airpoints button. You must claim missing Airpoints within 6 months of your stay.
