- Customers travelling on these services will be subject to all applicable government border controls. Please check whether you are eligible to satisfy these requirements before booking. - Effective 13 January 2021, all people who are permitted to enter or return to Japan are required to submit a COVID-19 test result certificate obtained within 72 hours prior to departure for Japan.
- All arrivals to Narita Airport will be subject to Japanese quarantine procedures which includes 14 days self-isolation and no public transportation during that time. Find out more
- Currently, only New Zealand citizens and residents may enter New Zealand. Upon arrival at Auckland you will be required to undertake 14 days quarantine or isolation in Auckland and will not be able to connect directly beyond Auckland. Find out more
- Effective 11 August 2020, the New Zealand Government has introduced managed isolation charges for select passengers entering New Zealand. Find out more
- Effective 5 October 2020, all passengers arriving in New Zealand will need to register their managed isolation accommodation requirements, and be in receipt of a Managed Isolation Allocation System Voucher prior to check-in. For more information visit the MIQ Government site.
- For outgoing passengers in Japan and New Zealand it is possible to connect from a domestic flight to an international flight.
- Currently only flights up until 27 March 2021 can be booked.

- If you have a credit for a cancelled flight or ticket after 28 March 2021, you can use it on these flights, however any fare difference will be payable. Please contact our contact centre.
